1. Is Pastel Eyewear safe to buy from?
A - Pastel ID does not track your data and it does not store any of your private information. It simply works as a link sharing platform.
B - All our payments are made using a safe gateway via PayPal, Afterpay or Shopify Payments Credit Card. Check out their terms and conditions for more info.
2. What is Pastel ID and how do I use it?
Pastel ID was created primarily as a way to share your life on the internet through your sunglasses. A digital link platform totally personalised by you and sharable with a simple tap of your sunglasses on any new phone.

3. What happens if I lose my sunnies?
Unfortunately we don't offer a refund or replacement on lost sunglasses, BUT let's just hope you loaded all your personal details onto Pastel ID and someone taps that baby and contacts you!
4. What is your warranty process?
IN ORDER FOR ANY RETURN SCENARIO, YOU MUST HAVE A PASTEL ID ACCOUNT.
A - If there is any default with your received product we accept returns with or exchanges within a 30 day period of purchase.
B - If the sunnies aren't for you, we will happily accept a return and refund as long as the sunglasses are in the original condition and packaging. We will issue the refund to the original payment method once the sunglasses are received back to us in their original condition within the 30 day period of purchase.

5. Can I change or cancel my order?
A - If your order isn't shipped, we can cancel the order, if it is shipped refer to FAQ #1.
